Translucent colour for bare or stripped wood applied prior to finishing. Totally intermixable.
Deep penetrating, traditional wood stain – water based.
Finney’s Professional Water Stains can be applied by brush or Lint free cotton cloth. For best results raise the grain with warm water prior to application and when dry flatten the raised fibres of the wood with 220 Hi-flex Abrasive Paper. Use a Tack Cloth to remove any dust before applying stain.

- Accepts all wood finishes but always use Finney’s Transparent Fixative before applying water based varnishes
